Now listen, on average, I’m personally managing up to 15 transactions personally. There are anywhere from 30 to 55 homes in escrow within our entire team. Because of that, we’re managing contracts and facilitating transactions on a regular basis. I eat, breathe, and sleep the real estate business and because of that, I’ve been able to help so many buyers and sellers win in very challenging situations.
