I’m really excited to share this property with you. It’s recently sold and the address is 416 San Nicolas Way. It’s in the gated community on Anastasia Island, Ocean Palms.
Folks behind its front doors are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and just shy of 2000 square feet of meticulously maintained home. It’s so well taken care of, it’s got the pool, it’s got the views.I’ve never been more excited about a property tour. I started my tour inside, straight back against a wall of glass windows in doors. Behind this home is all federal preserve. In front of that, you’ve got the pool. The back wall of this home being glass, there’s tons of natural light. It’s very private, even though you’re in a gated community, there’s so much privacy here.
The master bedroom has closet space on closet space. There’s a big walk in closet, and more when you get into the ensuite. The ensuite has a nice stand-in shower, soaker tub, double vanity with his and her sinks, as well as a water closet. The glass in the bathroom is clouded to keep the theme of privacy up.
Taking time in the master bedroom, you wake up in a nice sized room, and look up to high ceilings. If I lived here, I’d roll out of bed, open up the bedrooms sliding glass door, and get straight into the pool.
What I love the most about this floor plan is it gives two separate living spaces. You can shut off pocket doors to enclose the living room and dining room if you’re hosting guests and entertaining. Then there’s a second living space toward the back that adds even more space for hosting guests and entertaining.
The master is on one side of all the living spaces and the two other great sized bedrooms are all the way on the other side behind more pocket doors. Which is great if you’ve got guests or if you’ve got kids. i
Everything in this house has been so meticulously maintained, there’s nothing you’ve got to do.
I absolutely love this kitchen, you’ve got beautiful slabs of granite and updated new stainless steel appliances. I love how the sink is set at an angle to keep you in the flow of the house.
I don’t show off a garage very often but this one I just had to. It’s nice and finished and houses a newer ac. If I haven’t mentioned it yet, the roof up top is new. I mean, everything has just been so well maintained.
I ended the tour with the place I’d be spending most of my time, the back with the pool setup and the local Florida vegetation.
The landscaping with all the vegetation gives you so much privacy and the pool area, as well as a spot for entertaining and another spot for maybe cocktails is all screened in. There’s some area that can be gardened if you have a green thumb, or it can be left as in for easy landscaping maintenance.
If you head out the screen doors of the pool area, you’re going to see another beautiful sitting area with an outdoor shower.
When I say 416 San Nicolas Way has everything and everything’s been thought of, I really mean it, fully enclosed outdoor space, a stunning floor plan, tons of space, a newer AC Unit, a new roof. I mean there’s really nothing that needs to be done here to make it feel like home.
Unfortunately for you, this property has already sold, but this is just a taste of what luxury on Anastasia Island is all about. I can’t show you this home in person, but I’m looking forward to showing you this property this week’s video.
