This week on the podcast I’m giving you a private property tour. It’s way up high in the dunes, three full floors. This pool home is located at 4969 Alta Vista.
You guys, you’re going to want to watch this video all the way to the end, there’s a lot to take in, but let me give you the quick highlights.
This home has four full bedrooms, plus a home office, three full bathrooms, 2100 square feet of space. The first floor has a tandem, two-car garage. It’s built on a deep lot, 165 feet deep. This pool home is being offered fully turnkey, and it’s an income-producing property. A home like this is very rare to come by, but at the Newcomer Group, we’re always exceeding your expectations.
I started my tour by, entering through the deck onto the second floor. There’s a staircase up to the main floor from here. This floor features a full laundry room, two full bedrooms, one with an ensuite, you’ve got a full shower toilet high vanity in there. The ac handler is located on this floor. Then a second full bedroom and full bathroom.
This is also the floor with the home office. It’s really convenient to have a whole space to consolidate your work from home area to. I know a lot of us are working from home right now.
The third floor is pretty awesome. I love this setup because you’re already so high up on the dune, and they really maxed out this build and gave us nice high ceilings. The third floor is an open concept, so this is probably where you’d be spending most of your time. You got the fireplace, tv setup, nice high countertop, and they’re granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. I love the backsplash.
This is going to flow perfectly when you’re entertaining guests, hanging out. There’s a patio with a great outdoor space to throw a grill on.
This is also the floor with the master bedroom. You’ve got a nice big ensuite, I love how deep back this ensuite goes, it’s very inviting. There’s a double vanity sink, a big walk-in closet, and a huge shower space with gorgeous tile work.
After the master, we stopped off at the third-floor deck, where I was talking about putting that grill. It just flows perfectly off the main living area. You come out here for your morning coffee, your evening cocktails, this is the perfect spot for taking in the beautiful expansive ocean views. And the beautiful sunrises, I’m sure. There’s also a really convenient outdoor elevator shaft from the first floor all the way up here. You can take it yourself, you can send your groceries up in it, it’s just really convenient, and it’s not invasive like it would be inside the house,
Closing out the tour, I stopped off at my favorite area of this property, the outdoor pool space.
The pool area is a fully screened-in oasis, to my right there’s a covered lanai, and then if you want to step outside get some real sun, there’s a beautiful beautiful paved patio out to a massive fire pit set setup.
Again, we’re up high on a retaining wall, there’s a staircase around the back to additional parking.
Just a reminder, this is a very deep lot, I know I’ve already mentioned that, but I really love that about Alta Vista.
